Young Engineers Camps

With Young Engineers, learning continues even when schools are on holiday!

Young Engineers camps are specially designed programs that operate during school breaks such as for children between 6-11 years old. Our mechanics and coding camps offer a diverse range of activities, from experiments to arts and crafts to building exciting models, uniquely combine STEM activities with interactive social games.

Mechanics Camp

🔧5 Days of Building, Discovery & Real Engineering Fun

Does your child love taking things apart to see how they work? This summer, let them build, test and race their own working models — and discover the science behind how things work.

Our Mechanics Camp is a hands-on, 5-day STEM experience for children aged 6–11, running Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm in Greenwich. Each day brings a new engineering challenge — from useful machines and robots to motors, transmissions and beyond.

What to expect each day:

  • Build real working models using Young Engineers’ LEGO®-compatible kits

  • Learn the science of energy, motion, forces and mechanical systems

  • Compete in fun team challenges — bridge building, drag races and more

  • Make new friends in a supportive, small-group environment

No experience needed — just curiosity and enthusiasm. Our trained instructors guide every child at their own pace, making engineering accessible and genuinely exciting.

Places are limited — book early to avoid disappointment.
